What Does the Home Owners Association Do?
The Home Owners Association is responsible for a number of things around the neighborhood to keep everything running smoothly. As part of the duties of the HOA, we:
- Manage the Insurance for the neighborhood
- Ensure that the common areas are landscaped and maintained
- Approve housing colors and structural changes/additions
- Handle community relations
- Arrange neighborhood events such as the Neighborhood BBQ, Wine Wednesdays, and Bunco Nights
- Manage the CC&Rs and Neighborhood Bylaws
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors keeps the neighborhood running and deals with all the day to day tasks ranging from hiring landscapers to managing finances. The Board of Directors can be reached at: [email protected]

Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee makes sure that the neighborhood maintains a certain style and feel. They are in charge of approving new structures such as sheds, structural modifications such as porches, and housing colors among other things. They can be reached at: [email protected]

Events Committee
The Events Committee are the coordinators for the major neighborhood events that make our neighborhood so special. Every year we have a ton of events including but not limited to Summer Wine Wednesdays (Winter Whiskey Wednesdays), the Neighborhood BBQ, Bunco Nights, Christmas Progressive Party and much more!
